CITY: Las Vegas says it all
CONDO LOCATION & ADDRESS: Soho Lofts - 900 Las Vegas Blvd. South, 9th floor, facing north toward downtown. Near the corner of Charleston and Las Vegas Blvd. A seven block walk to Freemont street. (Two blocks from the site of the TV series PAWN STARS.)
TRANSPORT: One indoor parking spot on the 5th floor beside the elevator. Three block walk to the hourly express airport bus. Same three block walk to a four times per hour express STRIP bus. (Both of these are the fastest modes of travel.) Four blocks from the Bonneville Transport Hub through which ALL bus routes pass. Just outside the door is a stop for a slower bus to the strip. Half block away on Charleston are east - west buses for all needed goods and services . Monthly bus passes are $65. (I think you would want a rental car for part or all of your time here.)
THE BUILDING: 17 stories high - 24 hour doorman - Built 2006. Workout center, Sauna, Pool & Hot Tub are on the top floor. Three businesses are on the first floor - Deli, Hair Salon and Bar .
